Levi’s Outlet Store

The store manager was so MEAN! I feel bad for the rest of the employees that work there. They don’t care for anyone with ADA restrictions and the store manager will go around yelling around the store embarrassing us because we have restrictions.

Clean store with casual style clothing. They have a good selection of jean's, shorts, t-shirts, sweats and hoodies. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My husband and I normally come to St. George once a year for our anniversary. This time we came, it was a surprise trip for my birthday. We needed to kill some time for an upcoming movie we had tickets to, so we decided to hit the outlets. My husband loves Levi jeans so we went in. They were having a really good sale. I decided halfway through that I would try on some jeans because I have never bought any from Levi’s, and was interesting because my jeans at home were not comfortable anymore. We knew Domonique from our times to St. George previously, and Carol was a sales associate we had never met before. Carol helped me right away. Helped with finding longer length jeans because of my spider legs. At first I got the completely wrong size and she was quick to help. She even came into the dressing room later to follow up and offer more help if needed. She advised the skinny shaper jeans and I obliged to try them on. I absolutely loved them. She was so complimentary and really listened to what I wanted and needed. Then my husband (who has bought so many jeans before from Levi’s) started trying on jeans. She offered to grab any other colors or sizes needed. Her advice actually helped my husband find some different jeans that he loved as well. We ended up buying 4 pairs of jeans! We really loved the experience and the service we received. As a woman, I HATE shopping for jeans and this experience was amazing. Great price. Great jeans. Great service. All smiles here!
