Don't use this company to rent a uhaul. I was charged a second time after already paying for the truck 2 days later. This overdrafted my bank account. Instead of nicely telling me how to go a out fixing this mistake. Cause at that point I wasn't even mad. This man wants to start getting an attitude with me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The Person Eric is very helpful and knowledgable besides storage units they Rent U-Haul and if they don't have what you need then they tried to find it for you elsewhere....
I'm going to keep this story short. The owners of this place are the most unprofessional human beings I have ever met. I was assaulted by them with my 5 year old son right next to me all because I was let in by an employee who works there, even though they were supposed to be open anyways. They just didnt want us there for whatever reason.nThey are lucky I didn't call the cops. I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!nI give ZERO stars!!!!!
Gone here twice to rent my Uhaul. No hassel and friendly family owned.
Nice place the staff was very knowledgeable and they have rental trucks super convenient great for long or short term storage
