We went in looking for a entertainment center and found the perfect sidebar but it wasn’t scheduled to get in until January (3 months later) they were kind enough to go check the stock in the back and ended up having one back there that we could take home that day! Very happy with our purchase and the friendliness of the staff!

Jacee at the st George store is awesome to work with! Though everything didn’t go perfectly getting my furniture in a timely manner I was happy with her customer service and professionalism. I just placed another order for more furniture. Everything I ordered I love!!

Great service and beautiful furniture! We visited the showroom in person after purchasing a back breaking uncomfortable sofa on Amazon. We got to sit, stretch out and get a true feel for one of the comfiest sofas ever. Don't expect unrealistically staged decor, just simple and honest models of each piece. Price was competitive and I just wish the shipping was a bit sooner but with the current pandemic, we've learned a new level of patience and are grateful for all the hard working people trying to get everything back to "normal". Can't wait to enjoy our new sofa!

My husband and I stopped in one Friday evening and we didn’t realize what time it was. As soon as we entered, we were met with “we close in 3 minutes”. I understand wanting to close on time (I have a job too), but when it comes to customer service I expected more. I wanted a specific sectional and was trying to show my husband, but couldn’t. We didn’t feel welcomed to look at the sectional, let alone purchase it, as that would’ve taken more than 3 minutes. I found the sectional elsewhere, thank goodness!

I think the couch that we got was great. We went to the Spanish Fork store the first time and it wasn't busy and our sales lady was awesome and helpful and informative. The St George store was a little busy and probably struggling with that, however the process of purchasing ended up being a little frustrating and we were led to believe if we ordered sooner or order would be there the following Thursday ready for us, however it turned out we would be waiting an entire month for the full order, which isn't the problem, just being mislead was. Otherwise pretty typical process for purchasing furniture from furniture salespeople. It seems to be a pretty nice store.
