I showed up 30 minutes early for my 0600 appointment, which is standard, the guard tells me to come back at 6:00. So I'm booted out into the streets with nowhere to park. I came back at 6:00 and now there's a line to get in the gate so I have no choice but to block the lane. Several cars almost ran into the back of my trailer because they just woke up too. After I finally make it to the gate, the guard makes a phone call and says I'm at the wrong location. Even though it clearly says ship to the Puyallup address on the BOL, they want me to go to Sumner. The little guard at the exit gate gives me an attitude on the way out for good measure. So now I'm 30 minutes late due to all the unnecessary driving and waiting because some careless office slug can't do their job correctly.nnThis company needs new management. Every location, with the exception of Wilsonville, is completely inept.
They are really strict on the appointments, but not very good at unloading, they take their and they always give a 6:00am appointment and they won't start until 6:30-6:40, they haven't improve that much, oooo yea and you have to be there 10min before appointment Wich it sucks because if you get there early you were to park
