Marsha and Lauren are so amazing. They catered to Summer’s wishes and found the perfect dress for her. I love ❤️ how personable they are. All of their dresses are drop dead gorgeous! They helped us find accessories and suggested a great photographer. Summer is so lucky to have had the opportunity to try on several dresses. Marsha has on site alterations available and is an amazing example of warmth and class. Don’t go anywhere else!! We love BTB

I said yes to my dress at Bell Tower Bridal and Boutique! It was the best experience any soon-to-be bride could ask for!! We booked a private fitting with Lauren, I got to bring all my bridesmaids plus our moms and we all had the best time ever. I’m so thankful to have had Lauren walk me through trying on dresses. Not only were they all amazingly beautiful, but so reasonably priced. It was such a guilt-free purchase and now I’m one step closer to getting everything ready for the wedding. I wanted alterations done, and a custom veil made, and the girls answered all my questions without hesitation! I can’t thank you all enough for your help! And because of you, I’m going to be the happiest bride in the most beautiful dress!!

I found my dress the first time I went in! The lender suggested I try on something I thought I wouldn’t like. Turned out to be the one! She really knows what she’s doing! They did alternations for me & made my dream custom vial for a great price!

The experience was absolutely amazing and so much fun! it was so beautiful in there and so many dresses to choose from!! They made such a stressful time of weddings planning, such a breeze and a nice, calming experience!! also the prices of the dresses are AWESOME

Getting married in less than a month in a half. Ordered 3 dresses online that were just awful. After consulting with a seamstress, we determined they would never be fixed to my satisfaction. I called Bell Tower Bridal at 5:30 and they close at 6. Explained my dilemma, I was literally about to lose it. The lady I spoke to wonderful and said I could stop by. Lauren agreed to stay late and show me some options. She was a breath of fresh air. Wonderful, accomodating, attentive and obviously loves her job and cares about the people she is helping. She was so conscientious of everything. She asked questions to determine if i had boundaries so that I was completely comfortable. She listened to me describe what I was looking for and pulled a dress off the rack. It fit beautifully but was missing a little something. She knew exactly what to do to suggest an alteration that would make it exactly what I wanted. She absolutely amazing from her ethic to her personality. This was literally the best customer service experience I ever had. I said yes to the dress and I know without a doubt that I can recommend her to you. I am positive she will provide the same personalized care to you.
