Never been to one before and wanted to give them a try, while I was in the same plaza. Had the #9 Italian sub to go. Here it is not a heated sub. When I got home gave in a minute in the microwave and perfect. Everything was good inside of it and tasted good. The service was good, friendly, and quick. Even an added touch was greeting coming in and leaving. Extremely clean location. Staff is always prompt & polite welcoming you when you step in. Order is always fast & correct.

I placed a mobile order for 11:30 am and I got a notification on my phone through the app that it was done at 10:58??? When I got there at 11:25 I asked them about it and they said it was fine so I trusted them . When I finally got home the sandwich I didn’t think too much of it and ate it . I couldn’t even finish the sandwich from how soggy the bread was . I was disgusted . So I threw it away , later that day I started to feel horrible . Fever chills and i was throwing up . That was the only thing i had eaten the whole day I used to love jimmy johns now I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I won’t let anyone I know either.

Usually very fast, but today they were short staff and the only person there had to alternate between cashier and sandwich maker. And this was during lunch time. The person did a great job, but there needs to be more staff working.
