I placed an online order. It said 27-37 min for delivery. So after 30 min went by I called the store to verify they received my order since I hadn’t received any type of confirmation. The guy who answered said “you pizza is sitting here a driver called off so you’ll be next” (this was at 6:00pm) by 6:30 I Called back and a girl picked up and she said “there were two orders before yours so after those two orders you’re next, so I went off and said how it was ridiculous if when I called 30 min ago my pizza was already just sitting there. She put me on hold for about 4 min then some guy came on the phone and said “he’s going to cancel my order but still have it delivered since it’s already on the way” 25 min after I hung up I walked outside to Find a cold pizza and wings god knows how long they were sitting out there since the driver didn’t have the decency to atnLeast ring the door bell. This isn’t mynFirst bad experience ordering fromnThis location one thing i Do know isnThat I will never order fromnHere again

I like this spot! They have high class food, their menu is decent, The cook in that place is a specialist, I love a lot tasting all their food. The food is consistently good, the service towards the guests is efficient. I go often to this place and I was never disappointed. Highly recommended.

Arrived home to an incomplete order and called and only offer was a credit for 30 days. So I ended up driving back. I felt the woman behind the register lacked good customer service skills. The pizza had toppings half and half and was cut very poorly.

I love Pizza Hut but my closes store service leaves a lot to be desired. Whenever I order curbside delivery I always end up waiting at least 10 minutes for my pie even if there is no one else in the store which makes for a cold pie.
