We try several Shake Shack locations through CA. This location is one if the two best we have tried. The food was cooked correctly and the staff was helpful and polite. This is one of the reasons that we visit Shake Shack at least once a week. Can't wait to go back this weekend!
I tried it for the 1st. It was good, I had a chicken sandwich. Next I want to try the burgers I have been told they are very good! The line wasn't long & neither was the wait!
Awesome place, I love this shake shack and if you order using the app its a very quick and painless trip. I recommend getting the grilled onions (exclusive to this area) put on the regular shack burger, delicious
Food was good, but I ordered and paid for 2 cheese fries and got only one... shamennRevision:nThe fact that you try to make it right is appreciated. I am revising my review from 2 to 4 stars. Don't have much time to email because of the missing french fries but again, good job on customer service.
Expensive, horrible customer service, incredibly miserable staff. Just go to McDonald's, this place is not worth your time or money.
