Pizza Hut

As a local I regularly order pickup from here and honestly the care and customer service is one you don’t often see. They are always great but tonight though, tonight made me a loyal lifetime I’ve forever got your back customer. I had a rough weekend with the anniversary of my grandfathers passing and needed comfort food. Called in the order and proceeded to head that way. Picked my order up from a delightful young lady and headed back out. Only to find that I had locked myself out of my truck. I go back in and tell them what happened. The young lady stepped out with me and helped me look under my truck to my spare box to no avail. She went back in and I called my husband who said the spare is at home by the front door. She comes out and says her coworker Jacob said I could borrow his car to go home and get my spare set. I’m sorry, what?! Not one to look a gift horse I said yes please! I live right down the road and I’m a regular but that took some serious trust in humanity. I get home only to find my husband was very wrong, it’s with him at work an hour away. So I head back to Pizza Hut. I told the young lady to give the gentlemen his keys back and I’d walk home. But they weren’t having it. A young lady named Natalie I believe had an order to deliver and insisted she give me a ride home. You do not find this kind of kindness and care often and for these folks to look at me like I was a human and not just a customer. Our Pizza Hut truly employs some of the best folks and I don’t know if it’s the small town environment, or the management but kudos Pizza Hut. You’ve got a winner here!

Great food

Update: Called again to express concerns about the experience. Gentleman I spoke to was kind and understanding. Offered a refund, which I accepted. Thank you.nnDidn't have a great experience the first time we ordered from here. However, based on a fellow community members review about a wonderful act of kindness, I decided to give them another try tonight. Needless to say this will be the last time we order from here. Placed my online order at 5:10 and recieved a text at 5:32 that it was out for delivery. Called a little after 6 because our ordered hadn't arrived. I was told their online system is inaccurate and that our food would arrive no later than 6:25. Around 6:20 our delivery driver calls to say they don't have our soda we ordered and would I like one of two options that I cannot drink. Was offered a small discount but had to get my cc. Unfortunately, I'm not feeling the greatest and will take care of that another day. Also, our order would not be arriving by the promised time of 6:25. Pizza finally arrived at 6:35. Order was slightly warm to say the least. Overall, incredibly disappointed with the whole experience.

We order from here a lot as it is the closest pizza joint that has thin crust we like. Unfortunately only 1 out of 5 pizzas we get from here are correct. Usually they forget the extra peperoni (or crust topping), wrong crust, or its poorly executed. They just aren't consistent. Lovely delivery drivers though. My boyfriend is beyond over ordering from here. It used to be better year or so ago. But the last few months have been so hit and miss.

The food delivery was extremely smooth and Contact-Free.nnI ordered from Pizza Hut located at 1175 Center Drive when staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 1515 Wilmington Drive in DuPont, while working in Tacoma on business.nnDelivery was very quick and the food came hot and super-fresh.nnI ordered dinner for a few nights so I ordered the Family two pans of rotini with red meat sauce which comes with bread sticks; also the Chocolate Chip Cookie.nnEverything was outstanding!
