Poor customer servicenEmployee Melissa G. was hanging up the calls and was rude the 2nd time i called. Spoke to manager Vanessa and she was frustrated she went off on me telling me how they were short on staff but like I told her she shouldn't be acting this way to us the customers and that it was not my fault but she just didn't care at all and hung up on me... as managers they should be more professional now I know why the employee acts that way..!!!!

They’re overwhelmed with orders. Once my food was delivered it was warm like it had been sitting out for a while and my drink was also warm. Manager Vanessa who was on duty wasn’t so nice. Bad customer service.

They are very unprofessional. I believe everyone in that place need to be fired including the supervisor. I order her all the time I stay right down the street and it took them two hours to deliver my food. Three minutes away! Now tonight they keep hanging up their phone and then placed me on hold for almost ten minutes. I have kids to feed and these people are bad for business , they give customers service and domino’s a bad name. Thanks to who ever reading this and I will highly appreciate it if you guy do some training in their

employees don’t answer calls and encourage people to not order pizza. they told us it would take hours but it took 20 mins
