Good to work with if you can ever get them to respond. If you call the office you just get their voicemail every time. Leave a message and you get no response. Call the person who last helped you and they make commitments, but do not ever keep them. Not reliable at all.

Chase, our technician, was awesome! Our furnace went out and he took time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I will highly recommend EMCO for any furnace or AC repairs.
Our heater stopped working last night, Emco was able to get our furnace working again before we froze! They also pointed out a leak on our air conditioner that we will need to get serviced before next summer. We have had companies refill our refrigerant levels a few times over the years and none of them were able to locate the problem. Looks like we can finally repair it for good. Friendly service company. We will use Emco to fix our future A/C problems. Thanks EMCO!
