This location is pretty cut and dry with what you can expect. They prepare your pizza very well and match the way the pizza looks on advertisement better than I’ve seen in my time. They still leave something to be desired from a guest approach. They are not personable at all and only ask if you would like a receipt, other than that nothing, not even eye contact.
Placed an order for delivery from this place. Person took the order and mentioned that its 25 mins for delivery. An hour later.....no delivery. Called them again and was told that there were no orders on their system. Apparently the person forgot to input it on their system? What kind of training does this place do???? And no dont want to discuss this further through phcares as this is not the first time that this happened. WONT be ordering anymore pizzas from pizzahut
The drivers in my area at the Downey location are always helpful and supportive. They do a great job and have learn to know local residents very well.
Make sure my Order was correct, and inprove customer service, on my visit they didnt check my order correctly, and I trusted them, got home, and had to return to the store, only to be told to wait for my custom order, after all lost time, I couldnt wait, so asked for a refund, was offered store credit, and when refused i was given attitude for their mistake.
Its easy to order online and its easy to get the curbside❤
