This is certainly one of the best place to eat in the area. Whenever I go there I am remarkably satisfied. They maintain their very high level service and the topmost level of meals they provide. You are always happy with this place. Very recommended.
The ? asked was - what can pizza hut do better? Give customer his / her complete order. I had to return to the store on 120th and Wilmington to retrieve my mini cinnabon order.
Pizza Hut is the best!! I haven't had any in a while so I decided to place an order online. After I picked up and got home I wasn't fully satisfied. I called and talked about my order. I got credit for the inconvenience. The guy who helped me out was very friendly.
The customer service here is always terrible. I walked in and paid immediately I was told there's a 5 minute wait (that's fine). I was never handed a receipt, he claimed it was downnAfter 5 minutes went by no one said anything about my order. I asked and was accused of not paying. Where's the communication? Why was my food sitting in the warmer and no handed to me
My food was out for delivery an hour ago , and I’m still waiting. And I’m literally 3 blocks away. Smh
