I've been having my sons birthday here for the past few years now and every experience has been as expected from the great customer service to the food! Upon arrival I was greeted by the manager Ed and he even helped me set up decorations. He made sure all the food was brought out in a timely manner which I was accommodating around 50 people so it got a little crazy but He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable! I appreciate his professionalism and hard work on this special day. Thanks you again Ed and shakeys staff it was an unforgettable birthday, See you soon !
Sweet Delights is a tiny pie shop, but Auntie Debbie makes you feel like you're right at home. We walked in during a day of exploring the Homestead area by car. We were expecting to pop in, buy a slice of key lime pie, and head on our way.
The ud83cudf55 is really good. My family's favorite however the service is questionable. Everytime I call I get put on hold for over 5 min and no one picks up. I have to call back to order and by that time I have already driven there or halfway there. It's frustrating. Special order Mojo's ....EXTRA CRISPY. they don't seem to understand . I have to ask multiple times. Once it's done it tastes great just need to make sure I get them done correctly the first time.nnAdditional information: they do not pay attention when making the order. We order light light sauce every single time we come and almost half the time they have to remake the pizza because they put extra sauce. They need to pay more attention.
There was a glitch in the order of my pizza and the staff there was able to correct it with no extra charge, saving my son's birthday party! They went above and beyond to take care of their customer. Great experience!!
Our favorite family place. Our favorite is the juicy mouth watering chicken and the kids love the pizza.
