I’ve been ordering pizzas pretty much every Saturday for the last 6 months from the Pizza Hut at 5736 Gage ave, Bell Gardens, Ca 90201. Normally the customer service is excellent by far. I usually have the same employee assist me every time no complaints. He goes above and beyond. One day the store was out of Pepsi he cared enough to purchase a Pepsi from a store adjacent to the parking lot. That blew my mind I appreciate his customer service that much more. Whoever was working yesterday in the morning customer service is below standard. My order wasn’t right. My pizza was over cooked I didn’t have my hut flavored crust he offered no napkins with my purchase. It was a complete 180 from what I received before. This was my last Saturday working in the area and I’m saddened my experience isn’t what I expected.

Order#n3201004194629001411024923nnTicket#0077n024923 10/4/20 5:46pmnnIt is frustrating for my order to have an estimated time of delivery at 6:11/6:15pm and receive it at 6:45pm. I called at 6:24pm for an update and they advised they had left at 6:.15pm ,me thinking, well it might arrive late but at least it will be hot. The Pizza was warm on some parts , the pasta was stiff the breadsticks were soft and soggy. My kids had an unpleasant experience and well for an investment of $60.00 , i can surely say i will not try it again. I hope you can understand my frustration as I'm wasting another unpleasant 5 minutes writing to your corporation.

This place is close to my job.Its never really busy around 9pm when I'm there.The workers are friendly and helpful.I would suggest that you get your pizza here if your in the neighborhood.Thanks you to all for reading my reviews.I try to be honest as possible in reporting my reviews.

I ordered online on Wednesday May 20 and when I picked it up I noticed one pizza did not have pepperoni and I asked them about it. I made the mistake when ordering not to add the pepperoni but they were so great to offer to correct it. They were really nice and friendly about my mistake. Thank you Pizza Hut!!!!
