I ordered a pizza using the online order to pick up in-store. THIS IS THE ONLY one nearby so I had to drive around 30 minutes or so and placed the delivery ahead of time so when I would get there I would be able to pick up and go. I arrive after placing the order 10-15 minutes before arriving and they still had not begun my order. Waited around 10 minutes for them to begin making the PIZZA I ORDERED 10-15 MINUTES AGO and they would have given me the wrong 2 Liter soda if I had not corrected them. I get home after a long drive to find out the different toppings I added weren't even present! NOTHING BUT PEPPERONI PIZZA!! NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I am unsatisfied, disappointed, and upset at the customer service that I had to waste my TIME! Contacted customer support for my refund.

It was my first time going to this place. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. We didn't spend more than 20 minutes in here. The place is clean. And the pizza was pretty good too.

I shouldn’t even be rating this place a 1 Star, first off there was a rude female taking my order and then when my order comes delivered. I receive cold pizza and to top it off my wings weren’t fully cooked plus what it look like left over wings. Very disappointed with pizza loca loved there pizza and food until now. Won’t be coming back here anymore.
