They loaded within 1/2 hr, but its taking them more than 1 hrs to get the paperwork ready.. i guss thats where-ve 2 stars comes in.. Check in at door 41A which is far away from the entrance. Would load on appointment times only, so save yourself hrs no need to come early. No public restrooms -ve 1 star, staff are new, plenty of parking. No truck stop near by except you have to pay $25 per day and no food on one near hwy167. No overnight parking on summer street or city otherwise they can tow and fine you.
Had a good experience for my first time picking up had a 2pm appointment checked in at 12:45pm was put and a dock was rolling out by 2:30pm. There is no restroom available. Truck entrance is off Zehnder st.
Better stop and use the restroom before arriving. Drivers are not people and even though you are not “the public” when there to pickup or deliver ( that is work after all ) you will not be allowed to use their precious facilities. I bet you can guess as to whether or not I’ll return. I’ll also make sure my next RV has absolutely none of their products in it!
I can't recommend anyone to get a load from this place, first they kept me at the parking lot outside and more so the young ladies are vary rude,
Very truck friendly, very driver unfriendly. No outsider access to restrooms, period. They will not tolerate anyone entering the building that doesn’t work here.
