One time I went in to buy a Americano and the barista had the audacity to spit in my coffee. I saw everything and he denied it. He told me it added flavor to my coffee. Never going back.
As a barista & coffee fanatic, their coffee is not good. Also, I will not come thru a stand again after finding out that they silence their employees and especially their people of color. You go through their instagram feed and see mostly the same white girls. Baristas are kind but their corporate is trash!

The baristas are always friendly and enjoy their job. My two kids love going there for the extra attention kids drinks are given with whip cream, sprinkles and suckers. We go to the Auburn location the most but we haven’t ever had a bad experience at any of the other locations we’ve been to either. We love their menu and enjoy trying new drinks!
My experience with Gravity Coffee has always been exceptional but what bored me with my daily drinks is flavor. I’m diabetic so I cannot enjoy the regular energy drinks sold by Gravity Coffee. I would get the diet energy drink with sugar free syrups but my South Hill Coffee stand only has limited flavors in sugar free so I got bored and returned to drinking sugar free energy drinks from the can. I’m actually happy that I’m not spending $9.00 a day on a cup anymore but again the quality and service at GC is impeccable.
