We recently rented a storage unit from Premier Storage in Bonney Lake. Their representative, Ken, was very polite, helpful and professional. He helped us find the right space and get things set up right away. The pricing was very competitive, the facility is new and secure, and the mobile app makes it convenient and easy-to-use. We were also able to use their moving truck (free-of-charge - even for gas!) when we moved in, which saved us multiple trips. Premier Storage helped make a difficult task smoother and much more efficient. A great experience!
Bradley is all about customer service!! I have rented several storage units over the past 50 years and NOT ONE measures up to the outstanding customer service I received here! From initial contact to walk thru and truck rental to assisting in problem solving and answering all my questions! 100% all about the service!! Bradley knew the answers to my questions and made the entire move in process a real delight! It is my opinion he is a TRUE ASSET to this company!
