Meh..it’s a storage unit. Manager lady also a bus driver so challenging meeting with her on a few occasions. Biggest issue was extremely forgetful. Call and talk and make a plan. Call back to execute plan and she can’t remember anything you planned with her. Latest word on the street (rumors, I don’t have facts) is someone is going thru units. These are older units. Kept up as well as they can be. Fairly decent pricing for the non climate control. The owner is awesome at getting back to you about your bill or concerns. The site manager however is a little flaky. We rarely saw her when we needed her. Hardly able to get her on the phone. Our unit door had issues and looked like someone kicked it in, but I guess it fell off the track so the day we moved out we found mice droppings on some of our items. We had a few wet boxes from a leak somewhere from the rain. I don't recommend renting from here. The owner is great, but I don't think he knows his manager very well.
The management are wonderful and the units are kept in very good condition. 24 hour on site security, and you can get to your stuff..
We moved up to WA from AZ back in May and needed a safe, clean storage facility while we shopped for a house. After a summer of chaos we finally found a house and closed but the house gave us one issue after another with the renovations. Tiffany was AMAZING and so patient every time I called and said I needed another month. She always responded to my texts or calls quickly and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the facility. I can’t recommend Stor N Lok enough! Affordable and great service !
Miss the manager, Tiffany, haven't met the new ones.
