This gym makes you feel so welcomed!! If you are unsure about CrossFit because you don’t know form, don’t even worry bekka has got you set. (I’m still waiting for the day she teaches classes because she is AWESOME!) every single person pushes you through your workouts and everybody is family here! I love the owners and all the coaches! Especially bekka and my girl D! This gym rocks!
I recommend this place if you want to get injured. It’s super chaotic and horribly managed. The good reviews are mostly left by people who work there.
T. Chad Baird and Ryan Dana Have such a cool community going on. Very inclusive. They are masters in fitness in conditioning. Thanks everyone
Excellent coaching and awesome facility! My wife and I went to CrossFit Zion on a recommendation from a former member. The gym did not disappoint. I have been to a couple gyms and this one is another great facility.the gym was clean and had a great open space for working out. Drew helped us feel welcome and coached us very well, making sure we knew all the movements for the work out as well and kept us on schedule. The other members were polite and created a good atmosphere.
The class we dropped into was at 9:15 am. I would highly recomend this gym to anyone looking for a place to drop in for the day!
Best box in town! All the trainers are amazing and personable. Going to the box in the highlight of my day, no one is a stranger, they treat you like family from day one.
