The food was well it was little Caesars. For the money its okay. Ordered online for pickup at10:47. Order wasn't even started until I arrived at 10:50. Ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni and it was okay. Ordered a side of stuffed crazy bread and well this surprised me. It was good! I've loved the crazy bread since I was a kid and still do.
I want to give it a full 5 stars, hopefully I will be able to in the future. This location always delivers on the food side, but they haven't been answering the phone for the last 3 times I've tried to place an order. The website isn't easy to customize your meal and a prefer to call due to long wait times for walk-ins. The wait times are not their fault, as they have strict guidelines for COVID-19 safety and have new team members, but I try to call so I am not in a waiting room a lot of other customers.
Your line has been busy for 45 minutes. I have come in and seen it off the hook before just to avoid call in orders. The online ordering has no pay instore option or area for comment regarding details to the order.
They don’t have some of the things they used to have on the menu. They didn’t have any quick pizzas ready to go for the weekend. Apparently that’s only during the week. I would think during times like this (Covid 19) things would be available at all times. Had to wait for everything to be made. Pizza wasn’t bad.... but definitely greasy.
Be careful ordering delivery through their app. If you whole order does not show up, they expect the customer to drive to the store to pick it up and don't offer any discounts or refund for doing so. Terrible customer service and disorganized practices in the store.
