Moving to Bonney Lake and a family friend brought us Frankies while we unpacked. Amazing is all I can say.. Even my super picky 4yo loved the pizza. Will definitely be the goto pizza for us now.
Pizza was great, service was dreadful. I did a pick up and the person at the counter tried to say they never received my order. Only after I produced the order confirmation number, did the individual tell me they gave my order to the wrong person. I was then told to come back in 10 minutes. No apology was given for the mistake and the employee was rude. I returned shortly later and the employee handed me the pizza, again no apology, with a nice side of attitude. I was pretty much waiting for this person to tell me to go eff myself next. I remained polite for the entire encounter. I don't know what passes for manners at Frankie's. I understand mistakes happen, but the attitude was unnecessary.
Usually really good, tonight was not the case not only was my delivery order 1.5 hrs before it got to me but on recieving the order the pizza was cold and dry and the cinna styx too were cold and crunchy dry. You can do better
Great pizza even better salad!! little pricey though
