I received message from your kind staff named Channa this afternoon at June 30, 2019, 3:00 pm. She helped a passenger Amparo Munoz, ( Flight number MU 584, seat number 71H) , it was a help out of love of Channa’s service to a helpless customer.nAmparo has no money or phone to reach out her family. Channa is so kind enough to help Amparo to call many phone numbers of the family in order to fetch Amparo at the Airport. Amparo is waiting since morning. Nobody responded to Channa not until she picked our cellphone number among the contacts.nAmparo is a dear family friend to us, not blood related to us but just like Channa, we responded to the call of Channa and is willing likewise to help Amparo.nAmparo is now heading to our house through Super Shuttle with the initial help of Channa.nnThis is kindness of Channa reaching to help a passenger.
