Great FBO but one employee working there killed our experience when we were about to depart. We had previously scheduled to come in for a day and had a negative experience with Alex on our way out. Alex made me and my fellow F/O leave the FBO and demand we take our passengers out into the plane before a preflight was complete. He claims to have been working at an Atlantic for 15 years yet doesn’t know anything regarding FBO policies. My client was very upset about the experience and hope you guys get things sorted out in this tough time. Rushing pilots is not something you should do especially on a night out which the visibility was less than a mile.
