Hit and miss with their customer service lately. I love the pizza, but on more than one occasion I had to wait almost an hour (on a non weekend) only to have the wrong order. It's a shame because I grew up on this great pizza parlor, and to see the poor customer service slide down the way it has is quite disheartening.
The cashier was very impatient and also rude while taking my order. They need better public relations training. The food wasn’t even good for the amount of money spent here.
They always make a perfect pizza.
Had to wait to long they told me 35 to 35min then I don't get my pizza until 55 min not good
What is wrong with the staff? Mostly rude, non cognizant, younger people who seem to get off on being horrible to customers. Not only that, but the inside of the store is filthy.. ok roaches
