Ordered for delivery the pork pulled was sooooo small not worth the price at all. The pork and sauce were separate as well. You’re better off going to McDonald’s.
Foods good but the people need more respect, came in and no greeting stood for 10 min before being acknowledged.
I placed an online order at 615 PM, they said it would be done at 630, showed up at 630 and was instructed to sit and wait. At 645 an employee came out and asked what order was mine, I told him and he then started making my food. During that 15 minute window three other customers that were walk ins were helped, served, paid, and left. At 655 they handed me a greasy bag (because they didn’t change there gloves from making the food to bagging it, or between orders) without my drinks, no plastic ware, no napkins, no sauce that I ordered, and missing an item. The food was gross as well. The worst $28 I have ever spent on food. I never leave reviews but this experience blew my mind. Also the ice cream machine didn’t work, and none of the sodas worked either so the only option was the tea or lemonade.
We came to this spot for a meeting. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was fresh and delicious. We loved this spot a lot and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.
What a great team they have here in Hanford. Aiming to please for Sure. Great customer service and good food.
