Came in for a game or two to kill time before dinner and walked in at 5:15pm and the lady at the counter came up to my husband and I and Rudely said “can I help you” as if we were in the wrong for being there... when we asked for a lane she replied that they were all full... there was one lane being used all others were empty. The lady didn’t even bother to explain why they were all “occupied” when they were empty.
I rate KC Bowling a 1 star due to the staff. I called to make sure there was a lane open. The person I spoke with said yes and would hold it for me. I arrived 5 minutes later only to find out there were no lanes open. The lane I put on hold was given to someone else. The staff needs to communicate with each other and treat customers with respect.
Super busy but prices are very good compared to where I'm from

Nice little bowling alley. Food was good and prices were reasonable. Would have given 5 stars If not for the men's bathroom. It was not very clean and smelled pretty bad.
