They said it was going to be 30 when i called it in and when i went in they told me it was going to b 10 mins and they decided to take an extra 30 minutes!

My pizza was great. The young lady who prepared my pizza took special care since I added a lot of extras. She made sure if was thoroughly prepared.

First of all, I had to restart the app multiple times before I was able to successfully place an order. I did so just as the Lemoore location was opening (11 a.m.). My pickup time was 11:25 a.m. I got to the restaurant just before my pickup time. It wasn’t busy. There was one person in line in front of me and no other customers to be seen. When I checked out, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Apparently, my order was not even in the oven yet.nnIt does not appear the Lemoore restaurant is hurting for business during the pandemic, or its employees, in my opinion, would be trying harder to satisfy their customers by starting orders promptly (or offering apologies for delays). Thankfully, Lemoore has other, more affordable pizza options available.nnBTW, I’ve read the restaurant’s replies to other reviews, so it’s unnecessary for any of its reps to tell me that the management team has been provided with a copy of my review and will use it for training purposes. Based on the other reviews I’ve read, this is the standard, unsympathetic reply. Obviously, not much training in customer service is done by this location.

I ordered online.... pizza bites, a salad, 1 medium pizza and a soda at 600pm. The wait was 90 minutes. No problem. At 2 hours I called and they immediately put you on hold. Once back on the phone they said it was on the way. Meanwhile I was recieving at phone call which turned out to be Me n Ed's saying they had a question about my order. I had to call back for them to ask me if a bottle of soda was ok because the fountain drinks were coming out flat tasting.nnGood customer service would have just brought the bottled soda and explained to the customer the situation when you arrived. Instead my pizza and other items arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes later. I live a couple blocks away.nnIf that was not bad enough I could only eat a portion of the pizza bites because they were still doughy. Raw pizza dough people. Really?! So disappointed !!

Their time frame that they give customers for their pizzas are way off. I waited a little over an hour for my pizza. Was given the time frame of 45 minutes.
