Never tried it before but I'm going back ud83dudd25
Food is good. But ordered a whole turkey. First they couldn't find the order and when they did the turkey was cold but cooked. I asked why if it was ordered for a specific time. They said I didn't add it in the instructions, I have never had to ask hey can you make sure my food is coming out the fridge. The cooking was dryer than my DMs.
Gave 3 stars two years ago, and came again today (12/4/2020) and still only 3 stars. Food has been average for years, but the customer service is the reason for the 3 stars. If you want to feel like you are an inconvenience to the employees than this is the restaurant for you. They would ask questions and then interrupt you before you could finish your answer. They rush you through the lines. Not welcoming at all. We use to love Dickinson, but I don't think we will be giving them another try.

Paid a lot of money to have a nice meal for my daughter's 1st birthday party, We had sides missing and also ZERO barbecue sauce for the meat platter we ordered? You’re a barbecue place and you send food out without the accompanying sauce?! How ridiculous is that? To make matters worse, they never answered their phone for the curb side pickup either. Me and my family won’t be ordering from here again, and we won’t be recommending it to others. Go to Salty’s or Famous Dave’s if you’re wanting something catered that’s barbecue. Maybe there you’ll get what you pay for AND have sauce! I should have listened to the other reviews about the missing food.
