Terrible, Hot-N-Ready? Usually 15-20 mins. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service.
Never gets order right because they interrupt you when you are placing an order...Hire ALL new staff to give better CUSTOMER SERVICE...This is coming from someone who worked in customer service...
I forgot how their pizza tasted but this wasn't it. This pizza is delicious. I cannot stop eating the cheesy bread.
There was a line with 5 people in front of me and they didn't tell anything to the other people. However, when it was my turn they told me to step outside multiple times. I insisted why was there a worker in the back no wearing a mask and not following the mask requirement, they replied to me that the mask wasn only a suggestion. I then, asked why they don't tell other people about the only three being allowed and they couldn't say anything back. I stepped outside and there were four people inside however they didn't say anything to them. I continued to notice more than three people even leaving the store. The manager Alissa was rude when I questioned what was going on and she refused to give me a corporate number, and the other person's name no wearing a mask, she said everything is done online and she is not allowedto tell other people'snames. The person at the front desk was nice and apologized to me right away his name was Martin bless his heart for trying to do his work.
Webwaited for an hour for our order when they said 20 mins. The cashier said it was because the cooks didn't make a certain $8 item that was ordered and so decided to replace it with a $2 2liter of soda. My son just wanted to leave already and took it. Horrible custimer service. And the piza was cold.
