Pretty good but they have a tendency to not answer phone during nights even when you call every couple of minutes.
I am pretty patience, especially since Covid-19 and all the lines, but this place is the worst with timing. I have never seen so many unhappy customers, plus myself. Do not come thinking you will get a hot n ready, do not phone ahead, your only choice is maybe the portal, or call another pizza place or you will make a night out of trying to eat. I waited forever. The lady on the phone mentioned a refund to my husband then told me I would have to talk to the assistant manager who just wanted to give me a soda. Then I had to ask for eash sauce I ordered because they didn't give me either one..... absolutely horrible.
Called in a order, told me it’ll be ready in 15 so I gave them 20min plus the 5mim drive there And it still wasn’t ready
They were under staffed 2 hot and ready and 2 hot wings took 50 minutes as walk in
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy who came from the back of the store was great. But the 3 girls working just sat there looking at applications laughing at them being rude. NO gloves or masks in sight!nWe waited 5 minutes in front with the girls standing there before a guy (Nathan E.) came from the back to help us. He was super nice friendly and apologetic for the girls actions.
