This was a nice private rv park. The host was very pleasant and assisted us with a last minute reservation on our way further South. Appreciated it a lot since we were caught in a storm. The view in the morning was great with a nearby trail to walk the pups. It's not huge or very private, but all occupants were respectful and very worth the price. Just ensure you bring cash. We will make an effort to stay here more in the future. P. S. We liked the small town feel of Raymond.

I would recommend this place to others if you need a place to crash. The owners are super cool and flexible. This is a very budget-friendly option. They have some amazing catamarans to stare at in awe. No frills here, but it was clean, river was pretty, and good location.

Used this place to dump and fill tanks in my rv. The way you pay is weird but ok for small town and there are these sweet boats to look at while doing it
