HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! A trip that should of been enjoyable and peaceful they complicated for no apparent reason.

As some other reviews say, the water and electric sometimes go. Be prepared to overcome the largest hill to get here. My RV almost didn't survive the climb. No free wifi. Clubhouse closes at 5PM. Beautiful area of Washington.

Super clean laundry and bathrooms. Nice grounds and friendly staff. New management and they provide excellent customer service.nYou are greeted with a smile. Pool is closed for winter which is understandable but has been completely redone.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Even though you request a group to be placed together a month in advance they pick and choose where they will put you even if campsites were never filled around your group. Without customers they dont have a business. They obviously need to be taught how to TREAT CUSTOMERS AND ACCOMMODATE SIMPLE REQUESTS!

This place is heaven on earth, beautiful!! The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The gentleman in the office is amazing!!! Highly recommended.
