4th Me N Eds locations I've had the same issue with. Call in an order, this time 2 hours ahead of time just to be safe, arrive at the time I said I wanted to pick up and my order hasn't even been started yet. Waited an additional 25min while it was made... I've had this same location at the one on Blackstone, the one on Clinton, and the one at 1st and Bullard. Online ordering system is a joke, and phone ordering is just as bad. Idk how Me N Eds manages to survive, because they're certainly not competing on price or service... Pizza tastes good but hardly worth the hassle. I shouldn't have to mentally prepare myself to be insanely frustrated on the rare occasion I want to risk ordering from Me N Eds. So many more convenient, reliable, and tasty options out there.

I have called this location several times threw the years in fact it was my fav until tonight. The people were so rude and inconsiderate I cannot believe that out of the 5 people I talked to 1 being the manager 3 times calling waiting a total of 15 minutes off and on put on hold ended with my kids and I not being able to get service because they didn’t want to deliver our food to us mind you they have several previous times I always tip and would of gave a ten dollar tip tonight. Round table got it instead. I must say I was shocked how fast they got here my food is hot and fresh. Happy ending. I’m thankful for that.

This Me & Ed's is the best. My pizza's and bbq hot wings are always perfect. The manager runs a tight ship and takes pride doing his job. I always see staff working .

I thought Me and Eds closed at 10pm atleast that's what it says on the internet ,Shaw and Brawley location.nI called with 5min left to 9pm and a woman answers say theyre closed...

I really dont even want to comment at the moment. But to reach you this is what I have to do. I love your food period! I'm big on customer service and have done it for years, that's why you have your position. (Customers). About 10 min ago I just encoun6one of your workers, she was rude.. I asked for delivery and she she responded were closed and just hung up. I would've felt better If she responded accordingly to how she was trained, or just some kind of courteous.
