So the pizza was great, the wait was long, and the service was good. I waited 25 minutes for my pizza, but it was well worth the wait! The pizza was so good and it was my first time trying it, but it met my expectations! The only thing wrong with it was that because the employees were trying to hurry up and get me my pizza and I had been there forever it felt, they forgot to cut my pizza. I didn't notice the whole pie wasn't cut until I got home. I checked it before I left, but because it looked so good I didn't notice! It's a good thing I had bought my own pizza cutter a few weeks before, so I was able to cut it at home. They don't enforce the face mask rules here I guess it depends on the working staff that day? Everyone from the employees to the customers were either not wearing masks or had their mouths uncovered because the mask wasn't being worn properly. It's okay though I guess, I just followed what the sign said to avoid any penalties for myself. Again, the staff were polite to me, just a little unprofessional. And they didn't ask me if I wanted sauce or not with my bread sticks, they just upselled me without telling me and I forgot this time until after I paid for it. Usually someone asks me if I want sauce with my bread sticks and I tend to say no because for one I don't like it and two it's extra anyway.

I ordered my food on the app.. I didn’t receive all my order.. I had to go to the front counter and showed the young lady my receipt.. she was rude and questioned me about my items.. I showed her my receipt and the items I got from the pickup portal.. she just rolled her eyes at me and still didn’t give me all my items.. I was frustrated already so I just left.. very disappointed and not happy that I paid for items and didn’t get them..

It always a hit or miss here. Sometime s I get some hecka good pizza, wings & breads. But man when my kids are hungry & life is hectic my kids get disappointed & then I still end up stressing about dinner.
