We ordered 3 pizzas today. All three were very delicious and customer service was great. It was a bit pricey but it's absolutely worth every cent. My husband said it was the best pizza he's had in some time. Thank you!

Poor management and lack of communication on drivers part! We never got our pizza it was delivered to the wrong apartment and than when told it was the wrong apartment she failed to want correct information to get the pizza to us and ended up handing it over to some young kid! Who cares if credit was given we waited for dinner that never arrived and ended up eating left overs. It was our first time ordering at this location. Loved the pizza and service from the Shaw/First and Kingscanyon. I would live by the one that lacked communication and poor management.

I usually eat at the First and Herndon location but tried this location and was so disappointed $33 for a large speciality pizza with extra cheese and barely had cheese and toppings

The pizza was good. But what I didn't like was that this place is very short staffed. The phone's kept on ringing off the hook and no one took the time to answer them. My order for 4 pizzas. Nothing extra as far as wing's or anything extra that had to be made. Took them about 1 1/2 hours to make. Mind you that my order had been placed about 2 hrs in advance. They have no organized system for their take out/online pick up orders. Out of all the employees their was one that she really stepped up and tried to get everyone their orders. I didn't get her name. But really liked her hustle and in trying to get everyone their orders & try to fix the big mess. The line was long and everyone wasn't happy with the long wait.
