We really like Papa John's pizza for the flavor and the more simple ingredients but lately we have been sad about our experiences at this location :( The last 3 times we've been here it seems like they made the pizza with their eyes closed. They dump all the cheese in the middle and all the sauce on the outside near the crust. When it's like that it's not super pleasant, in my opinion. I don't like half my pizza slice to just be sauce. I would get it if it only happened once but it's happened on several orders, on several pizzas. The workers in there are nice but kind of indifferent if there's a problem. I think they're doing their best but maybe they need better or more training? Our last call in order took an hour for them to get to us. I sat in the car with my screaming baby waiting for my husband to bring the pizza out (that they had lost track of, but they wouldn't give my husband a straight answer and just kept saying it was in the oven). When he finally came out the pizza was cold (def not in the oven) and we were just super confused and sad. Like i said, maybe this location needs more training. We live closest to this location but we might just use the other side of towns location for now.

My first time to this establishment was A+ the workers are great the pizza was exactly how i like it got a wash vacumed my truck and bam pizza ready 10-12 minutes I love it thanks guys and gals :)

Lance is an awesome general manager! My order for messed up and he was quick to fix it with no cost. Thank you so much lance! I will be in alot more often! I wish I could give 100 stars, but 5 is as close as I can get. PS. The pizza here is very tasty and ALOT better than dominos lol.

Wow, I had to come and edit my review and change my rating. I just got a call from John At the restaurant and he totally went above and beyond to resolve the issue, great customer service. We live 2 mins if that down the same road as this place. From the time the tracker said out for delivery, it took about 30-40 mins to get our food tonight. Needless to say....Wasn’t ice cold but not even close to being edible with out having to heat it back up again.
