I checked out the reviews before I placed my order, mostly I was just checking the address to make sure it was the right location, but the reviews caught my eye since they were pretty low. I first went to this location a month ago, when it first opened. Pretty average service that night. A bunch of teenagers working, just doing their jobs, nothing spectacular, but expected. However, I had a good experience today. I was greeted by the cashier when I entered, she asked my name for the order and continued to call me by my name throughout the interaction. I had to wait a minute for it to be done, but they seemed to have quite a few orders. The cashier, I think her name was Vivian, made sure to ask if I needed parmesan or chili flake packets. She was super nice and friendly! Its a pizza hut, I really don't expect much, but it was a good experience overall. The pizza was good and not as greasy as it usually is, so I appreciate that too!

I give it 110% everything was good, I had delivery three times to home and always warm. Never had an issue. I have also been to their location with no problems.

I’m super disappointed!!! We ordered our pizza & wings at 6:37pm, it said the order was out for delivery at 7:42 but it wasn’t delivered until 8:27pm. 🙄 We also ordered garlic thin crust and didn’t get the garlic crust. The pizza & wings were barely warm. Thank you Pizza Hut on 3000 E. for a almost cold pizza and wings 2 hours later!!! Enjoy my 3 dollar tip!

Disappointed. Pizza Hut is not frequently our go-to pizza choice, but this new location is soo close--.03 miles, we thought we'd try it. The website is easy to use, but the pizza and bread were cold! How?!! I know there were probably other deliveries, but still??!--how ?!? 0.03 miles. Never again. I'll go back to Domino's.

I don’t think I have ever been to a brand new pizza but and been as disappointed as I was at the Washington Utah one. The employees were dressed in oversized clothes to the point where their pants kept falling down. Then they kept pulling their pants up and then touching the food! I was absolutely disgusted. Another man used grunting noises to tell a different employee to box my pizza while he sat and ignored the phone. I ended up getting the wrong order after all of that! I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star review if I could help it, but the delivery guy with an Australian sounding accent was actually working and he was nice.
