dominos pizza in bay point CA, fast delivery, I love dominos pizza
I ordered online and was given confirmation that my order had been received and was being prepared. 30 minutes later after seeing no progress I called to inquire about the status. When I expressed my frustration about the situation the female employee who I spoke to said it was not her or the stores fault. I asked for a refund. Instead of being professional she hung up on me. I will not be buying from this store again.
I’m pretty sure this isn’t double pepperoni. Last time they forgot my soda and now my order is wrong. Bad management team. If this pizza was the prize to winning a race, I would walk backwards.
Always a problem with deliveries! Good when they can deliver.
Very bad experience we ordered 8 cheesy bread sticks without bacon but they put bacon in the breads. And manager didn’t even bother to give us replacement. I would never be getting anything from them in furure
