The good things about renting here are that your stuff is secure behind a locked gate with clean units. They close at 6pm which is cutting it close as far as the work day goes.nThe down side is that it is nearly impossible to get customer support if you have questions or when it’s time to check out of the unit. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to confirm my check out and have left 4 messages at the office without any return calls or emails from the mystery person the very kind office staff says they are passing my messages onto. I can find no way to terminate my online account and payments that you are required to sign up for. They could definitely improve their customer service and support in this area.nEDIT: After a fifth attempt via email, I was able to get in touch with the owner and she pro rated, the final month's rent which was great customer service wise. Overall, this is a safe and convenient place to store your things.
