Friendliest gym ever and the owner makes you feel like a family member. They truly want everyone to succeed, and don't jack up the prices like other places. If you're trying to choose between this club and a chain, choose SAClub. #supportlocalbusinesses# you'll love it there.
Charlotte is such a sweet lady, she makes you feel welcomed & the classes are fun & the gym is just overall very welcoming, relaxing, & is a friendly environment.
So I stopped going to Shelton Athletic club due to Covid 19 issues and ran out of money to pay for the membership. Due to them being closed I was unable to go in and hand in a written cancellation. Fast forward a few months and I get a letter telling me I owe them $153... For what?? I couldn't even use the gym. If I could rate zero stars I would.
Some of the staff was rude. And the price was way to high. But other then that they had the equipment i needed and a sauna.
Love the gym it's got friendly staff and a chill atmosphere.
