Creating their own face covering rules, instead of following governor's mandate. Governor clearly states many medical exemptions from all face coverings and clearly states that the businesses cannot ask. Was in the store today and saw a woman being treated very rudely because she had a medical exemption. They demanded that if she did not wear a mask then she would need to where one of their face coverings (a shield) which she would then return so another customer could use as well. The governor's order provides the medical exemption from face coverings for medical conditions - a face shield is still a face covering; therefore, they are harassing customers and not honoring the government's orders.
