They do a phenomenal job and I allow for special requests on every restaurant, other competitors don't allow special requests for a lot of the popular fast food chains. I do have 1 small complaint and that's the difficult process to change the name on my account. I've called 2 separate occasions and both times said they would update the name on the account. This hasn't been fixed yet but even with that I believe they deserve the 5 star review.

Entree Express provides very customizable food options and a personal touch for each restaurant on the platform, your employees ensure that my food will arrive to me as if I went to the restaurant itself, and all of your drivers are the nicest and most diligent employees I've experienced. Multiple times your employees have caught missing items on my orders. Thank you, please keep up the good work. Your teams deserve a healthy bonus for this crazy year!

Have had good experiences before but tonight Entree Express incorrectly stated my order to Frank’snnMy order was for a sandwich NO BREAD and a house salad. The order given to Frank’s per the copy with my delivery was for a sandwich and salad No CROTONS. The sandwich was served on bread which I will not eat and which absorbed all of the sauce. I previously placed the same order through Entree Express with no problem but this time my dinner was ruined by incorrect instructions provided by Entree Express.nnResponse was nice and appreciated. I did call right away and got no answer. Called Frank’s. They offered to redeliver but I had already waited an hour for the first delivery. That was not a surprise but I did not want to wait again. I tried to email you but found out I could not reply to the email you sent me. I will used Entree Express again as I have used them before. I was just frustrated with an inedible dinner and inability to connect with you at the time. The receipt that came with the order is where it said NO CROTONS. All and all I appreciate your responsiveness.

A little bit pricier than the competition, but you pay for quality of service, well worth The extra few bucks to actually get your correct order, not to mention if there ever is a problem customer service is amazing. Highly recommend over anything else.
