Update: Experts in Your Home is owned and operated by the Hignell Company, and the tenant maintenance and repairs are only performed by these so called “Experts”, who do not have a clue what they are doing, and are NOT contractors!! Ask Questions, however you probably will not get a truthful response.nMy fiancée has lived in the Sterling Oaks Apartment Complex for several years and the damages from simple repairs by this Company are reckless.nWhen she did ultimately report the damages, she has been harassed.nThe Experts plumber has vandalized her car, and continues to create problems for her.nThe Hignell Company who owns this Company refuses or delays major repairs and maintenance, however she fears further retaliation if she reports anything.nShe is unable to move due to her change health which has affected her income.nnI have reported them to Better Business Bureau.nShe does not want me to get involved out of fear. It’s been difficult on our relationship, and not being able to help her.nnTerrible Company, terrible people, and terrible work!nnI wouldn’t let these employees in my yard!!
