I like this pizza forgot what I was missing working at mountain mikes for so long till a year ago.. This pizza has been actually cheeper Than mountain mikes with Rewards Meat apecialith is $19.99 I believe right now
I ordered a pizza online at 730 this evening. I called the place to add to my order and they haven’t even started my pizza. So after getting my pizza at 820 and going home, I discovered that they made my pizza wrong. So I call and have them correct my order and drive back. I didn’t check this second order before leaving only to get home and find that this pizza was also not what I ordered. The cashier and the guy answering the phone were arguing in the store and nothing was done to accommodate my inconvenience. Pizza was good tho
The worst online ordering system. You place an order online, you get confirmation, your credit card gets charged, no pizza Is delivered at or near the delivery time. You call the restaurant 45 minutes after the delivery time (and be placed on hold for 12 minutes), you find out there is no order in the restaurant‘s system. The restaurant claims it is not their fault and offer you a discount but you have to pay again, and in 3 days you will get a refund. What a joke! Bad customer service. We have been a loyal customer for decades with monthly orders. Tonight, my two little girls starved as I had to take care of my 3-month son.
