Michael came in and fixed our burnt, oversurged outlet in 15 minutes total! He was fast, SUPER friendly, and SO informative. We learned a ton in the short time he was here, and he was genuinely interested in teaching us more about the electrical systems.nnI know some techs like to be left alone, but to my pleasure, Michael was happy to answer our questions. We learned where our breaker was, that our boxes were metal and would protect us from overloaded wires in the future, and that our breaker box could be upgraded in the future for further protection. He in no way pushed selling these services. We'd gladly have him over again!

My home warranty assigned Budget Electric to fix my whole house exhaust fan. They came out and said they didn’t specialize in it so would need to put in a transfer request. However, they never did and lied to the home warranty company stating it was my fault for not providing access to the unit. This resulted in several phone calls trying to correct the false information and a delay of 4 months before another contractor could be sent out. And by the way, this new contractor fixed my issue in less than 15 min. I strongly recommend you stay away from this company.
