Amazing service & super good food that actually feels like a meal! I got the 2-meat plate with pulled pork and brisket - both flavorful & tender (plus a they serve a good-sized portion of each so I will have leftovers for tomorrow!). They have a bunch of sides to pick from and it comes with a dinner roll which are really good & slightly sweet. Bonus points for providing the big yellow reusable cups!nnThe man at the counter (who was probably the owner) was genuinely friendly & his son finished my transaction at checkout while the food was being freshly dished up - both with masks and all the COVID precautions which was great.nnAlthough I think Dickeys is in a lot of cities, this particular one felt like a true Livermore restaurant as soon as you walked in. 5+ stars from me!!
The owner and his family are very hospitable, and it's just a real nice place to go to eat.
Worst service ever... Ordered online for a family, (big order) when I got there the franchise owner tells me he never received the order. I show him the emailed receipt and offer to send it to him, yet he doesn't accept it... He refused to process a refund, or make the food.... Now I have to deal with Dickies Corporate to get a refund. Very very poor service... I hope this company fails... The owner deserves to be bankrupt treating paying customers like this.
Things have changed. The price of daily specials have nearly doubled, you can't choose your sides, and the food I got was cold and had way less meat. I walked out spending $20 and still hungry with food that I had to microwave to get warm. They used to be good. Not sure what happened.
I've been to Dickies from east to west coast and I have never been to one so poorly managed and the cook was so rude and wouldnt accepted the coupon I had received only a few days ago from the same location. Worst location. Dont go here!!!!
