My husband and I tried multiple times to contact Beehive Learning Academy so we could see if we could enroll our 8 month old son. Left voicemail messages on both the business number and Kathy's cellphone. She called us back once and gave us some information before needing to end the call saying we should call her back later because she was busy with parents. I finally showed up there in person since we couldn't get ahold of her. Kathy wasn't even there and talked to me through the doorbell intercom saying the best way to contact her was through text since she didn't answer the phone if she didn't recognize the number. Not sure how well that works for a business if you don't answer your phone. She gave a convoluted explanation on how she didn't have a spot available and that waiting to talk to her closer to the date a spot opened up wouldn't help me but could still meet with me later in the day. Our later interaction was brief but made it clear this place isn't really worth the time I spent trying to get in contact with them. She was condescending, rude, and unprofessional when telling me there isn't a wait list, that they don't need one because the age spot is easy to fill, and that it's first come first serve. She only met with me to "be accommodating" since I wanted to meet with her.

I attempted to call numerous times over a period of days and left voicemails and did not receive not one call back or any one contact me about an inquiry. Horrible customer service!!

My two year old has been attending Beehive for a little while, and he loves it! He’s normally very shy and tentative, but when we come here he is very excited and confident. Makes me so happy! He has food allergies and sensitive skin, I feel the staff takes it very seriously and cares for his safety. The entire staff has been nothing but kind, helpful, and understanding. Happy that we chose this childcare center, would recommend! Clean, organized, bright & fun space. Great schedule for my toddler!

The environment is clean and cheerful. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The teachers are invested in caring for the children. My children liked it so much that I often had a hard time getting them to leave at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this place.

I love this place. The owner went above and beyond to help us get in. The teachers and aids are great. They are always holding and loving the kids. My little girl has a hard time leaving me when I drop her off but they always jump in to help love her and distract her by playing they are wonderful people.
