Sunday cleaning day. I stupidly plugged my old paper shredder directly into the wall socket, as opposed to a surge protector. ZAP. Blew the fuse. Went to the circuit box to reset the switches, but that didn't work. With online school and work, not having Internet is devastating. Williams Electric responded with lightning speed, and helped me troubleshoot via FaceTime. Problem fixed! Amazing. Thank you Williams Electric!

We went with Geoff and Rhonda because we had a knob and tube system in our house and not many electricians nowadays have experience with k&t. Geoff upgraded our service to 200 amps, upgraded all the panels and subpanels, and put grounded outlets where there wasn't before. Geoff is super knowledgeable and experienced and just what we needed for this project.

We shorted out an electrical outlet which cut power to half the house. I reached to Williams on Yelp and they responded very quickly. Geoff is a man of few words but gets the job done quickly and professionally. Pricing is fair and competitive with other bids. Highly recommended.

Geoff Williams, supported by his kind wife on the phone, took care of replacing a defective outdoor electrical box in a hurry. It was a challenging job because the 40-year old original one had been poorly installed. He cut through stucco and patched it up well. All that is left if for me to paint in a few days.
